Many Apollo AI buyers lost access in September 2026. Here is what reviewers say worked, and how to avoid a second scam.
1. Collect your details
Find the BuyGoods receipt. Note the order number, date, amount and the email you used.
2. Contact BuyGoods first
BuyGoods took the payment. One reviewer says a phone call got her charges found and a full refund confirmed within days. Only use contact details from your real receipt or the official BuyGoods site.
3. Dispute if needed
If BuyGoods does not help, ask your card issuer or PayPal for a chargeback. Say the service stopped working or was not as described.
4. Block the follow-up scams
- Ignore texts or emails with new Apollo login links.
- Never enter passwords or card numbers from those links.
- Forward scam texts to 7726 (SPAM).
- Change reused passwords, and watch your bank statements.
5. Report it
File at reportfraud.ftc.gov and, for online losses, ic3.gov. Read more buyer stories on our reviews page.
